Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN)

Location: Connecticut – Shoreline & Central Connecticut

We're hiring a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner who wants autonomy, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients across a stable network of skilled nursing facilities.

You'll provide specialized wound care in a clinical setting while independently managing your schedule across multiple facilities. You'll work alongside experienced clinical teams with no call responsibilities and strong regional support.

• You are a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active or eligible Connecticut APRN license
• You have wound care and debridement experience

• Skilled nursing experience is highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $135,000
• Bi-weekly productivity bonuses plus quarterly procedural bonus
• Health Insurance – Employer pays approximately 50%
