Whitecap Search Healthcare Partners is seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) to join a dedicated team providing healthcare services to homeless populations across New York City. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to work in various community health centers and shelters, with flexible hours and a focus on comprehensive care for vulnerable populations.
Job Function:
- Ensure chart completion is consistent with CFH policies and procedures.
- Engage clients with appropriate concern for their health and other needs.
- Obtain health histories and perform physical examinations and screenings, including on-site HIV testing.
- Assess and treat common, acute, and chronic illnesses, including HIV/AIDS, following approved protocols.
- Advise and counsel clients about their physical and mental health.
Requirements:
- Must be experienced providers with at least 1-2 years of experience.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR systems.
