We’re hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA), who wants a flexible weekday schedule, outstanding work-life balance, and the opportunity to care for patients of all ages in a collaborative outpatient setting.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and patient education. You’ll work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative support team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care to patients across the lifespan.

You’ll practice in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, a welcoming community in the Harrisburg metropolitan area known for its historic charm and convenient access to outdoor recreation, shopping, and Central Pennsylvania.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000–$140,000
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000
