Clinic-Based Telehealth Role for Experienced APP (FNP/PA)
This is an ON-SITE position at our Banner Health Center in Maricopa

As a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the nation's leading non-profit healthcare networks, Banner Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for our Banner Health Center in Maricopa. This unique clinic-based telehealth role provides virtual care delivery and clinical inbox management to support our Maricopa Health Center team—ideal for providers passionate about innovative, team-based primary care.
Some Details About the Position:
- Clinic-based on-site at Banner Health Center, 17900 N Porter Rd, Maricopa, AZ 85138
- Provide telehealth visits to established patients and manage clinical inbox for care coordination
- Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s shifts
- Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
- Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!

Our facility features on-site labs and X-rays, evening and Saturday hours, and same-day appointments. Minimum Requirements:
- DEA with prescriptive authority required
- FNP or PA-C designation with AZ license eligibility
- Minimum (1) year of experience as an FNP or PA in a primary care setting
- Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
