ZoeRVA Health is seeking a Lead Nurse Practitioner to step into a high-impact clinical leadership role. This position offers a unique blend of patient care and organizational leadership, ideal for an experienced provider who is passionate about guiding teams and improving care delivery.

Along with seeing patients part-time, you will be actively involved in shaping workflows, supporting providers, and driving meaningful change across the practice.

Job Responsibilities

Provide engaged, hands-on clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team
Evaluate and redesign workflows to enhance efficiency and care delivery
Set clear performance expectations and foster accountability
Address performance challenges, resistance, and conflict constructively
Partner with executive leadership on strategic clinical initiatives
Advocate for providers while maintaining high standards of care

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
Experience managing change, growth, or high-pressure environments
Strong clinical skills with a systems-thinking mindset
High emotional intelligence with the ability to balance empathy and decisiveness
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and implement effective solutions

Working Hours

Primarily weekday schedule (Monday–Friday)
Flexible structure based on leadership and clinical responsibilities
Combination of clinical care and administrative leadership time
No routine weekend or evening requirements, though occasional flexibility may be needed to support team and operational needs
