Schedule

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week

  • Clinic Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Flexible scheduling options available

  • No on-call requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Perform routine check-ups, physical exams, and preventive screenings

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

  • Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams

  • Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records

  • Ensure continuity of care through collaboration with physicians and staff

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP/NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New York

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese required)

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume outpatient setting

  • New graduates are welcome to apply
