Location - New York (Multiple Locations) – On-site
We are seeking a Bilingual (Chinese & English) FNP/NP to provide primary care services in a multi-specialty outpatient setting. This role is open to new graduates and focuses on delivering patient-centered care, preventive services, and chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Conduct physical exams, assessments, and routine check-ups
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP/NP)
- Active or eligible state NP license
- Board Certified/Eligible as a Nurse Practitioner
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English required
Preferred
- Clinical rotation or experience in outpatient settings
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems
