We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner to provide expert advanced practice cardiovascular care within a dynamic hospital environment. Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Valid RN and NP licenses in the state
- Current DEA certification
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Proven experience in cardiology, interventional radiology, or electrophysiology settings
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills related to pacemaker and ICD implants, ablations, and electrophysiology interventions
- Proficient in EPIC electronic medical record system
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with post-operative patient management in electrophysiology
- Additional certifications in advanced cardiovascular life support or electrophysiology procedures
- Familiarity with institutional protocols for electrophysiology and interventional cardiology procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (MSN or DNP preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in electrophysiology or cardiology settings
- Prior experience working in hospital and outpatient clinic environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to obtain hospital privileges within 90 days
- Willingness to work Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexible scheduling
- Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care standards
- Travel and reimbursement for licensure, certifications, and any required post-procedure follow-ups when applicable
