We are seeking a bilingual Fuzhounese-speaking Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient multi-specialty setting. The provider will manage acute and chronic conditions while delivering culturally competent patient-centered care
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct patient assessments and exams
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventive care
• Maintain EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Active NY NP License
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Bilingual Fuzhounese Chinese and English required
• Prior NP clinical experience required
