Overview
Johnson Memorial Health in Franklin, Indiana, is looking for a NP or PA that will work independently but supported in a great environment. Provide primary care visits for members and dependents of members of the South-Central School Trust. Also, will provide Transitional Care Management visits for Johnson Memorial Hospital patients. Office will be located at Johnson Memorial Immediate Care and Occupational Health Center.
