🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services across the lifespan 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Conduct physical exams, assessments, and routine check-ups 🩺
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions 🧠
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests 📊
• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care 📚

🎓 Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP/NP)
• Active or eligible state NP license
• Board Certified/Eligible as a Nurse Practitioner
