Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care Clinic - Hanover, PA

🩺 Position Overview

This role supports an on-site employee health and primary care clinic within a large manufacturing facility. Providers enjoy a true primary-care model focused on quality, not volume—no fee-for-service pressures, and the opportunity to build meaningful continuity with employees and their dependents.

📅 Schedule & Contract Details

• Shift Days: Weekdays

• Shifts:

  • Tuesdays: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

  • Thursdays: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • Fridays: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Hours per Week: 19.5

• Contract Length: 14 weeks, with strong likelihood of extension

• Start Date: 04/28/2026

🏥 Assignment Details

• Provide comprehensive primary care to employees, dependents, and spouses ages 3+

• Conduct annual physicals, routine wellness visits, and chronic disease management

• Deliver women’s health services, including Pap smears, preventive screenings, and patient education

• Administer vaccinations, perform lab work, and review results promptly

• Offer lifestyle counseling and general wellness education

• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of care

• Patient Volume: Average 7–12 patients per day (varies)

• Clinic Model:

  • Single-provider clinic (FNP will be the primary on-site provider)

  • Support staff includes a front desk receptionist and an LVN

  • Another NP may be present at times

✔️ Required Qualifications

• Board-certified FNP through ANCC or AANP

• Active, unrestricted DEA

• Current BLS (AHA hands-on preferred; willingness to obtain if needed)

• Active Pennsylvania state license

• Minimum 1 year of FNP experience in a primary care or family medicine outpatient setting

  • 2–3+ years strongly preferred; more experienced candidates prioritized

• Must be able to perform women’s health services (Pap smears, screenings, education)

• Must have recent experience caring for patients ages 3 and up

• Must be comfortable functioning as the sole on-site provider
