Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care services. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will manage a balanced caseload of pediatric and adult patients, demonstrating clinical expertise and exceptional patient communication. Required Skills
  • Valid and active PA or FNP license in California
  • CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate for PAs
  • Furnishing License with Schedule II authorization for NPs
  • Active DEA registration before start date
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar primary care setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient management skills
  • Ability to handle a diverse mix of pediatric and adult cases
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills
  • Bilingual proficiency
  • Experience with urban or underserved populations
  • Additional certifications in urgent care or chronic disease management
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
  • At least 3 years of primary care experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Experience with immunization protocols and preventive care strategies

Other Requirements
  • Immunizations: Flu vaccine, TB test/x-ray results (within 90 days), MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap immunizations (within last 10 years)
  • Credentialing process estimated at 30-90 days
  • Willingness to comply with a 30-day notice period for ending assignments
  • Schedule: 18 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a mix of pediatric and adult care
  • Start date: 03/21/2026
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
