Family Nurse Practitioner

Required Skills:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in family medicine or psychiatric settings
- Ability to practice independently in Massachusetts
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to handle call duties remotely via beeper system
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in inpatient psychiatric units
- CPR/Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Bilingual proficiency
- Experience with crisis intervention or de-escalation techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
- Over 2 years of direct clinical practice in a family or psychiatric healthcare setting
- Current licensure to practice independently in Massachusetts
Other Requirements:
- CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training completion required prior to start
- Ability to handle remote call responsibilities during designated shifts
- Must adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations
- Availability to work intermittent weekends, evenings, and holidays
