Job description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for October 14, 15, 16, 26, & 27 at their Corporate Health clinic in St. Augustine, FL. Provider will see adults for Primary Care, acute episodic care, triage and first aid/treatment for workplace injuries, physicals, and wellness services. Hours are Monday, Thursday, & Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday 9:00am-7:00pm, and Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified, DOT Certified, and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Fingerprinting is also required for this Client.
