Clinic-Based Telehealth Role for Experienced FNP

Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the nation's leading non-profit healthcare networks, is expanding its team of Advanced Practice Providers in San Tan Valley, AZ. We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care team, delivering value-based care through an innovative virtual telehealth platform. This role is ideal for providers who are comfortable with telehealth-driven care and passionate about supporting clinical team members through high-quality, team-based virtual care.

Some Details About the Position:

• Clinic-based onsite in San Tan Valley, AZ
• Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s shifts
• Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
• Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!

Essential Functions and Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality care and support to established patients via telehealth visits
• Support team-based care through clinical inbox management and care coordination for your team members
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• FNP designation with AZ license eligibility
• Minimum (1) year of clinical experience as an FNP in a primary care setting
• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
