Availability

• Start Date: April 1, 2026

• Schedule: Weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Call Ratio: 3–5

• Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Licensure

• Active Massachusetts NP License – Required

• Must meet Massachusetts requirements for independent practice

Board Status

• Board Certified FNP-BC – Required

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience – Required

Required Certifications

• ATLS

• BLS

• PALS

• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)

Practice Setting

• Setting: Inpatient psychiatric unit

• Patient Population: Ages 10 through geriatric

• EMR: Cerner

• Admissions: Required

• Rounding: Assigned and unassigned patients

Patient Volume

• Average Patients Per Shift: 52
