Job type: Full Time/Permanent.
Shift: Monday to Friday, (8 am - 5 pm)
Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a full-time advanced practice provider for our Highland Park clinic. The ideal candidate must be licensed in CA and be willing to work in a Primary Care setting.
Experience:
· Active and good-standing Nurse Practitioner or PA-C licensure
· Certification in the State of California.
· Active and good-standing NPI number.
· Active DEA or willing to apply.
· Post-graduate training in the area of responsibility.
· 1 year of experience is required.
