Location: Tucson, AZ
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Overview:
A primary care clinic in Tucson is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner with strong Family/Primary Care experience and a solid understanding of the Value-Based Care model. This role supports adult patient populations with a focus on high-quality, relationship-driven care. Spanish fluency is required.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week
- Panels max at ~450; 30-minute visits
- EPIC EMR
- 1:1 support: scribe + MA; shared RN
- Call rotation shared across state
- 8-week orientation
- Credentialing approx. 60 days
- Interview process: phone screen → virtual medical interview → onsite
Requirements:
- FNP with Family/Primary Care experience
- Value-Based Care experience
- Spanish-speaking
- BLS & DEA
