Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner – Permanent Opportunity Portland
🩺 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced family medicine nurse practitioner for a primary care clinic in Portland, Oregon. This is a permanent opportunity, with a start date expected of middle of the year.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
EMR: Epic
Scope: Family medicine. Clinic is ran on a VBC (value based care) model
Clinic support: Personal scribe and MA. 1 RN is shared between 2-3 nurse practitioners

- Board Certified FNP
- OR state license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
