- Language Requirement: Must speak Spanish
- EMR: Epic
Candidate Requirements
- Family/Primary Care experience
- Experience with the Value-Based Care (VBC) model
- Active BLS and DEA
- Spanish fluency
- Maximum panel: 450 patients
- 30-minute visit lengths
- Shared after-hours call rotation across the state
