This growing boutique practice offers a premier environment where clinical autonomy meets academic-grade mentorship in a non-institutional culture.
- Clinical Scope & Mentorship: Manage a health-conscious panel of adult patients in a blended primary care/sports medicine environment providing guidance on comprehensive lifestyle modifications and long-term wellness plans. In this setting we focus on preventive care implementing nutrition, metabolic health, weight management for the best outcomes.
- Mentorship: Center is providing specialized training in Sports Medicine and orthopedic procedures, no prior ortho experience is required.
- Boutique Patient Volume: Prioritize quality over quantity with a manageable pace of patients per day. New patient appointments are strategically staggered to prevent schedule fatigue and ensure ample time for comprehensive patient education.
- Integrated Support Ecosystem: Practice alongside an expert nutritionist and a collaborative team where clinical support is seamless. The environment is designed for maximum operational efficiency, allowing you to focus on high-level clinical decision-making.
- Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy a highly flexible schedule with no weekend requirements and primary call handled by the physician.
Schedule:
Part-Time | Flexible (34 half-days or 2 full-days) | No weekends
Qualifications:
- Open to new graduates
- Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- State licensure and board certification is required
