Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Outpatient Practice
Introduction:
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient practice in Brownwood, Texas. This position is open to both new graduates and experienced providers, with comprehensive training provided for new grads in a supportive, team-based environment.
Position Overview:
- Outpatient Family Medicine with minimal Urgent Care
- Standard family medicine visits
- Some Pap smears and women’s health exams
- Low-acuity, patient-centered care
- Strong emphasis on quality care and work-life balance
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights
- No weekends
Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation:
- $120,000 – $150,000, depending on experience (DOE)

Qualifications:
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner
- Clean Texas license required
- National FNP certification
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
