Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our concierge primary care practice in Richmond, VA. Our practice is committed to providing personalized, high-quality care to our patients, with a focus on preventive care and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct well visits, sick visits, and medication management for patients.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, including the coordination of referrals to specialists.
- Perform physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia.
- Previous experience in primary care or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
