Required Skills:
- Valid PA or Family Nurse Practitioner license and certification.
- Proven experience in primary care or outpatient settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and patient management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established protocols.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of adult chronic disease management.
- Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse patient populations.
- Prior experience with protocol agreement documentation.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical practice in primary care settings.
- Certification from recognized professional bodies (e.g., NCCPA, ANCC).
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to complete protocol paperwork with the GCMB.
- Ability to travel to assigned site locations as required.
