Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant (PA)
Are you a dedicated healthcare professional seeking an impactful role in delivering exceptional primary care services? Join our team as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and play a vital role in providing comprehensive adult primary care to a diverse patient population. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your clinical skills in a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care.
In this role, you will manage a patient volume of approximately 20 adult patients daily, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will collaborate with a dedicated team and have access to continuous support throughout your assignment. Additionally, time will be allocated to complete protocol agreements and necessary paperwork with the governing medical board.

Required Skills:
- Valid license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of employment
- Proven experience in adult primary care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
- Experience with chronic disease management
- Familiarity with telehealth services
- Additional certifications in advanced life support or specialty care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or higher degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- At least 2 years of relevant primary care experience
- Previous experience working within clinic or outpatient settings
Other Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to fulfill licensure, certification, and travel reimbursement requirements as applicable
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with all relevant state, federal, and local laws
- Flexibility to work at the site location most feasible for the candidate’s commute
