We’re hiring a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner who wants autonomy, flexibility, and strong earning potential while building lasting relationships across supportive facilities.
You’ll step into a clinical role providing wound care services across skilled nursing facilities in Hartford and New Haven County. You’ll manage patient assessments, perform debridement procedures, and oversee ongoing treatment plans while maintaining control over how you structure your daily schedule. Full-time is preferred, though the right long-term fit may be considered.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000 to $150,000
• Quarterly revenue share (estimated $10,000 to $20,000 annually)
