Advanced Care Provider for a rural Clinic nestled in the Foothills of Mt. San Jacinto in Southwestern Riverside County. The Anza Valley is located 13 miles south of Idyllwild, 32 miles from Temecula or Hemet, and 90 miles northeast of San Diego, the home of the Cahuilla Casino Hotel and the Anza Borrego State Park. Wide open spaces, Ranch and Horse Property, all in a rural semi-arid climate.

Advanced Care Provider wanted to join this Primary Care Community Health Center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population. deliver comprehensive health maintenance and medical care. Perform diagnoses and treats illness and injury; performs minor surgery and completes physical examinations; counsels and instructs patients; provides professional supervision of mid-level providers; Delivers care appropriate for an out-patient, Mon – Friday, No Call, Bilingual in Spanish (preferable), Clinic utilizes EPIC EMR.
