Family Medicine Advanced Care Provider wanted, Community Health Center’s Mobile Health Clinic. Provides healthcare services, general medical care, completes physicals, assessments, evaluation, treatment, and some minor surgery for patients seeking services within but not limited to the Mobile Health Clinic, Mon – Friday, No Call, Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferable). Clinic utilizes EPIC EMR.
