Job Title: Chinese & English Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Clinic Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Work Locations (Rotation Required): New York City (Manhattan & Brooklyn) and Staten Island
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Chinese & English Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive healthcare services to diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality clinical care, perform thorough assessments, develop effective treatment plans, and promote positive health outcomes. Flexibility to rotate between clinic locations within New York City and Staten Island is required.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests in accordance with state regulations
Provide patient and family education on disease prevention, treatment plans, and overall health management
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all clinical policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license required
Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) required
Minimum experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Willingness to rotate between clinic locations
