A well-established outpatient practice in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) for a locum tenens opportunity with long-term potential. This role begins part-time with the ability to expand to full-time hours as patient demand grows.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys autonomous practice, continuity of care, and building relationships with an established adult patient panel.

Position Highlights

  • Flexible part-time schedule to start, with opportunity to ramp up to full-time hours

  • Typical 8-hour clinic days

Practice Environment

  • Established single-physician outpatient practice

  • 4 fully equipped exam rooms

  • Dedicated support staff including:

    • Front Office Manager

    • Medical Assistants

  • Stable patient base with many long-standing patients

  • Provider works independently while supported by clinical staff

Provider Requirements

  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)

  • Active California license

  • DEA required

  • BLS certification

  • 3–5+ years of clinical experience preferred

  • Comfortable working independently and managing patient care autonomously

Assignment Details

  • Locum Tenens

  • 3-month minimum commitment

  • Expected 3–6 month initial assignment
