Is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join a collaborative Family Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive outpatient primary care in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment serving a close-knit rural community.
🏥 Practice Setting
- Outpatient Family Medicine
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Multispecialty medical group environment
- EMR: Cerner
- Collaborative team including physicians, APPs, LPNs/MAs, and support staff
🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform medical services in accordance with APRN licensure
- Provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families
- Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness
- Deliver patient and family education to support informed healthcare decisions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment
- Participate in professional development and continuing education
- Contribute to cost-effective and high-quality daily practice operations
👩⚕️ Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Vermont APRN License (or ability to obtain)
- National Certification as an Adult, Family, or Pediatric NP (preferred)
- DEA License
- Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
- Recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days at time of submission)
