We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a growing primary care practice. This provider will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan in a collaborative outpatient setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who values continuity of care, team-based medicine, and meaningful patient relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan

Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

Develop and manage treatment plans

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations

Provide preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing

Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)

Active New Mexico NP license or willing to obtain

Active DEA registration

Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care preferred

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Working Hours

Monday - Friday (8a - 4p) - An hour for lunch (included)
No Holidays, no Weekends
