Specialty accepted: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Start date or shifts: March 2, 2026 - ongoing
Daily schedule: Monday 11:00am to 7:00pm; Tuesday 9:00am to 5:00pm; Wednesday 9:00am to 1:00pm; Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Preference for consistent availability.
Practice setting: Outpatient
Types of procedures: SPRAVATO esketamine monitoring and supervision. Direct supervision of patient self administration, minimum 2 hour post dose monitoring, monitoring for sedation, dissociation, respiratory depression including pulse oximetry, and blood pressure changes. Determine clinical stability prior to discharge and counsel patients on transportation safety. Completion of REMS enrollment documentation.
Number of patients: Up to 4 per day
Ages: Adults 18 and older
Additional information: Monitoring and supervision role only. No procedural duties. Provider does not document in EMR as technician and psychiatrist complete notes. Supported by technician with remote supervising psychiatrist available. Board Certified NP or PA required with minimum 1 year of experience. Active state license and DEA required. Comfortable monitoring patients post esketamine administration. Expedited onboarding expected. Local candidates preferred.
