Join an established outpatient family medicine practice in Austin, Texas. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work alongside one physician and one nurse practitioner, with a planned transition as the current physician moves toward retirement.

Clinical Details

• Permanent, full-time position

• Seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner

• 3+ years of experience required

• Outpatient only; no inpatient responsibilities

• Family Medicine; all ages

• Established practice with one physician and one NP

• Transition period with current physician prior to retirement

• Practice-level volume: approximately 40 patients per day

• EMR: CureMD

• W-2 employment preferred

• Spanish-speaking preferred (not required)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation – Year 1

• Base salary: $125,000–$145,000

• Performance bonus available

• Signing bonus available:

  • 50% paid at start

  • 50% paid at completion of Year 1

  • Three-year repayment clause

• Malpractice insurance (claims-made): $6,000–$10,000

• Health, dental, and vision insurance: $15,000–$20,000 employer-paid (family plan)

• Retirement plan with 3–5% employer match ($7,500–$10,000)

• CME and licensing allowance: $2,000 annually

• Estimated total benefits value: $30,500–$42,000

Relocation & Licensing

• Relocation assistance:

  • Within Texas: up to $5,000

  • Out of state: up to $10,000

• Licensing and credentialing fees covered, including Texas license, DEA, and background checks
