Job description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts between March 10-June 27 at their Corporate Health clinic in Lakeland, FL. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and Occupational Medicine (audiometry, drug testing, pre-employment physicals, and Worker's Comp). Weekday hours will vary per shift need at either 6:00am-7:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm, both with a 60-minute lunch break, and Saturdays are 7:00am-12:00pm. Hours on March 10 & 11 and May 14 are 6am-7pm; hours on March 30 & 31 and April 1, 2, & 3 are 8:00am-5:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Current shift needs are March 10, 11, 28, 30, & 31, April 1, 2, 3, 4, & 25, May 2, 14, 23, & 30, and June 20 & 27.
