StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a post-acute care opportunity in Farmington, New Mexico. This position offers scheduling flexibility, strong infrastructure support, and uncapped earning potential within a well-established post-acute care model.

- Required: Board-certified FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, AGPCNP, or PA-C
- Active New Mexico NP/PA license (or eligibility)
- Active DEA required
- Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred
