Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Mon and Fri 7am-4pm (12-1p lunch break)
Tues and Thurs 8am-5pm (12-1p lunch break)
Wed 10a-7p (2-3p lunch break; might be 12-1 but tbd)
Duration: ASAP through 5/29/26
Pay: Negotiable
Requirements: Board certification required (through ANCC or AANP)
DEA required
BLS required (ask if hands-on; if not, then ask if willing to obtain if offered role within 1 week of offer)
DOT certification required.
Contract type: W2
