We are seeking a dedicated and clinically confident Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Nursing Home / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) program serving the Fall River area. This full-time role offers a flexible, autonomous practice environment within a collaborative, team-based care model focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to geriatric and post-acute populations. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values schedule flexibility, professional independence, and meaningful impact in long-term and post-acute care.


What We Offer:

  • Compensation $120,000 - $150,000

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
  • Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology NP or Adult NP
  • Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility)
  • Current DEA registration
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (SNF, long-term care, geriatrics, hospitalist, or primary care experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team
