π Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, and whole-person wellness while working alongside an interdisciplinary team.
You will practice independently in accordance with APRN licensure standards while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals, families, and groups.

Independently perform medical acts within APRN scope of practice

Provide comprehensive nursing and medical care

Emphasize prevention, wellness, and patient education

Collaborate with physicians, licensed providers, LPNs/MAs, and clerical staff

Identify and address specialized teaching and learning needs

Support informed healthcare decision-making

Maintain a safe, efficient, and cost-effective clinical environment

Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education

β Required Qualifications

Masterβs Degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program

Current Vermont APRN license (or ability to obtain)

DEA license
-
Healthcare Provider CPR certification

Clean malpractice history
-
Qualified for credentialing by Medical Staff

Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days at presentation)

Permanent Placement Fee: $18K
