We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, and whole-person wellness while working alongside an interdisciplinary team.

You will practice independently in accordance with APRN licensure standards while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals, families, and groups.

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program

  • Current Vermont APRN license (or ability to obtain)

  • DEA license

  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification

  • Clean malpractice history

  • Qualified for credentialing by Medical Staff

  • Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days at presentation)

  • Permanent Placement Fee: $18K

⭐ Highly Preferred

  • National NP certification (Adult, Family, or Pediatric) recognized by Vermont Board of Nursing

  • Two years of nursing experience prior to advanced degree
