Hospice Nurse Practitioner
Roswell, Georgia

We’re hiring a Hospice Nurse Practitioner in Roswell, Georgia who wants meaningful patient relationships, no call responsibilities, and a flexible schedule with room to grow.

You’ll step into a clinical, home-based role focused on palliative and hospice follow-up visits throughout the Roswell area. Most visits are with established patients, allowing you to build continuity and truly impact quality of life. This is a 30-hour-per-week position, with hours expected to increase as census grows.

You’ll practice in Roswell, Georgia, a desirable suburb of Atlanta known for its historic downtown, strong schools, and access to parks and riverfront trails.

• Base salary of $90,000 to $97,500, prorated for 30 hours per week and negotiable based on experience
