Kadlec is seeking a full-time Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join Candy Mountain Primary Care clinic. You will be part of a collegial team in the beautiful and welcoming community of West Richland. Position Details:

  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Outpatient care only
  • Opportunity to build patient panel
  • Care for patients of all age groups

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is between $136,928 and $186,781 per year
  • Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement
  • CME days and dollars
  • Relocation assistance is available
  • As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be a board-certified/board-eligible NP/PA
  • Experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
