We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice in beautiful Crescent City, CA. Our clinic currently provides primary care services and is preparing for an exciting expansion to include urgent care.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and grow alongside an expanding service line.

Schedule

  • Two (2) 12-hour shifts

  • Two (2) 6-hour shifts

  • Average of 2.5 patients per hour

  • Mix of primary care (with urgent care services launching soon)

Compensation Package

Our compensation model is designed to allow providers to achieve a target annual salary of $200,000, aligned with a productivity standard of 72 encounters per 2-week pay period.

This structure rewards high producers while also supporting those averaging below the productivity benchmark.

Compensation Includes:

  • Clinical care time

  • Administrative time

  • Documentation

  • Patient communication

  • Provider-related tasks

  • Work completed onsite or remotely

Compensation Breakdown:

  • Base Salary: $100,000

  • Productivity Bonus Structure:

    • $25 per encounter for the first 12 encounters per 2-week pay period

    • $50 per encounter for encounters 13 and above per 2-week pay period

Providers who meet productivity goals can reach or exceed the $200,000 target compensation.

Qualifications

  • Licensed NP or PA in California (or eligible)

  • Strong primary care background preferred

  • Comfort with productivity-based compensation model

  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
