Key Responsibilities:
- Independently perform medical procedures and assessments in accordance with APRN licensure standards within an outpatient primary care setting.
- Deliver comprehensive medical and nursing care to patients across all age groups, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance health literacy.
- Lead and provide consultation within the care team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
- Identify, address, and support the educational needs of patients and families, tailoring teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming clinical environment that adheres to all safety and compliance standards.
- Support daily operations, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including continuing education, to stay current with medical advances and clinical best practices.
- Participate actively in a diverse medical group that includes specialties such as family practice, pediatrics, OB/GYN, cardiology, orthopedics, urology, and general surgery.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by working effectively with physicians, licensed providers, administrative staff, and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Valid APRN licensure with certification to practice independently in Vermont.
- Experience in primary care or a similar outpatient setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-focused environment.
- Willingness to work within a regional healthcare system committed to excellence and community well-being.
Candidate Preferences:
- Candidates aiming for a work commute of less than one hour.
- Open to candidates not planning to work with multiple employers simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.
