We are seeking a highly skilled Locum Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional general medicine services in Houston, Texas. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality primary care services to diverse patient populations in a general medicine setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical examinations, and health evaluations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills:
  • Valid Texas Nurse Practitioner license
  • Proven experience in general medicine or primary care
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload with professionalism and efficiency

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in a locum or temporary assignment
  • Certification in family medicine or internal medicine
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in general medicine
  • Prior experience working in diverse healthcare settings

Other Requirements:
  • Valid license, certifications, and liability insurance
  • Travel flexibility within Houston and surrounding areas
  • Ability to start promptly on February 13, 2026

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $402.
