Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care services to diverse patient populations in a general medicine setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical examinations, and health evaluations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Valid Texas Nurse Practitioner license
- Proven experience in general medicine or primary care
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with professionalism and efficiency
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a locum or temporary assignment
- Certification in family medicine or internal medicine
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in general medicine
- Prior experience working in diverse healthcare settings
Other Requirements:
- Valid license, certifications, and liability insurance
- Travel flexibility within Houston and surrounding areas
- Ability to start promptly on February 13, 2026
