Required Skills:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
  • Experience in general medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or related fields.
  • Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous locum or temporary clinical experience.
  • Additional certifications such as ACLS, BLS, or PALS.
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (MSN or DNP).
  • At least 2 years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Prior experience in general medicine or equivalent outpatient settings.
  • Experience working in hospital or community health environments.

Other Requirements:
  • Must hold valid Texas state licensure and certification.
  • Ability to provide services in Houston, TX, and surrounding areas.
  • Willingness to adapt to varied healthcare settings and schedules.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and documentation.
