Required Skills:
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
- Proven experience in general medicine or primary care
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and follow medical protocols accurately
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- CPR and BLS certifications up to date
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior locum or temporary staffing experience
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Bilingual abilities, particularly Spanish-speaking
- Additional certifications relevant to internal medicine or family practice
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- Previous experience in general medicine clinics or hospital outpatient settings
Other Requirements:
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, starting February 13, 2026
- Reliable transportation to work sites; travel reimbursement included
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (as per organizational policy)
