🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice

• Order/interprete diagnostic tests and labs

• Prescribe therapies and medications per Washington state regulations

• Provide patient education and preventive health counseling

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to optimize outcomes

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance

✅ Ideal Qualifications

• Active Washington State NP License (or ability to obtain)

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)

• DEA license (or ability to obtain)

• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered focus

• Experience in outpatient or specialty care preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
