🩺 Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-ups

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within specialty scope

Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies

Develop individualized treatment plans

Prescribe medications and therapies per Washington state regulations

Provide patient education and preventive care counseling

Collaborate with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
✅ Qualifications

Active Washington State NP License (or ability to obtain)

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
