Job description This Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) role is based in Astoria, Oregon, at a community health center recognized for its strong team-based care model, deep community roots, and commitment to access for underserved populations. The clinic operates within a patient-centered medical home structure and offers robust clinical support, including experienced MAs, care coordination, integrated services, and built-in language support. Compensation & Benefits Include:

  • $15k Hiring bonus

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.

Working Hours

Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
